Since I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, I have been told numerous times that I am on a journey. I have known for almost that long that I am not alone on the journey. I learned quite awhile back that what happens to one also impacts all of those in that person's life in varying degrees.
The purpose of this blog is to allow you to check in whenever you have the time to see what the latest is. I know that I need you-your love, prayers, testimonies, and support. I am richly blessed with loving, caring, amazing family and friends. I am so grateful for you. Thank you for your part on this journey.

Update March 11, 2016

All is well. I have check-ups every 3 months. I had a mammogram the end of January and all is well. I am feeling stronger and able to do more. In the last couple of months I have had people commenting on how good my coloring is. One of the most noticeable things is my hair. the first picture was taken about a year ago. The other 2 were taken the first of December. It is still filling in. The differences are it is less gray than it was before; my right side is straight and the left side and a few other sections are more curly, and there are still 2 sections that are still thinner and don't seem to grow as quickly.

I am very grateful for the many, many blessings I have received and continue to receive. One of which is your love and support.
